ATPE Website Rebuild

Association of Texas Professional Educators (ATPE)  is the largest educator group in Texas with over 100,000 members. The membership pool is complex, requiring different access levels to site content and data.

ATPE rebranded in 2014, which instigated the long-standing need to redesign and rebuild the website for easier existing member access to resources and enable an easier flow for new members to join the organization. With the redesign, it allowed for consistent branding, easier access to resources for existing members, streamlined interface for all users, efficient membership enrollment and renewal processes and enhanced marketing outlet as well as providing wider expanse of support with its new responsive design. The implementation required a mix of standard Kentico CMS functionality, custom tables, custom doctypes, custom templates, hierarchical viewers, custom webparts and custom app code.
  • Full implementation of Kentico CMS platform
  • Integration with legacy CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Integration with CyberSource for member payment processing and authorization
  • Custom ecommerce component for ATPE Store, which included integration with CyberSource for payment processing
  • Implementation of multi-step forms that ATPE content administrators can manage, modify and update through simple WYSIWYG editors.
  • Tailored roles and permissions to ensure that users (both internal CMS and site members) had the correct and displays member account information and role-specific content
  • Responsive design
